These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website Bedrock Monvex and AI trading platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bedrock Monvex Inc. ("Bedrock Monvex", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to enter these Terms. The Service is not available where prohibited by applicable laws.
2. Account Registration
To access full Service features, create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, containing false information, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
3. The Service — Nature and Limitations
Bedrock Monvex provides AI-powered market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated order execution through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is offered for informational and analytical purposes only.
- Bedrock Monvex does not hold, custody, or manage your funds. All capital remains in your personal brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect to your broker using API keys with read-only and execution rights. These keys cannot withdraw funds.
- Past performance of any strategy or signal does not guarantee future results.
- Trading involves risk of loss, including possible loss of principal capital.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the platform Bedrock Monvex constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other advice. AI signals and analytics provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Bedrock Monvex is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Payment
Some Service features require a paid subscription. Fees are outlined on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. All fees exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions are billed upfront monthly or annually. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of initial charge only for new subscribers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the platform.
- Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
- Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or any activity violating financial regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets embedded or made available through the Service are the exclusive property of Bedrock Monvex or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights, title, or interest in such content. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Bedrock Monvex NO GUARANTEE IS MADE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Bedrock Monvex WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO Bedrock Monvex IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bedrock Monvex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account anytime via account settings or by contacting . We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. After termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately and we may delete your account data per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will initially be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney under the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration rules. Users located in the EU or UK may also bring claims in their local competent courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or platform banner. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
